Ultra-Fine Precision Cartridges
Rigibore®’s wide range of Ultra Fine Precision (UFP) cartridges now adjust to 5 microns/.0002" on diameter with zero backlash. Our cartridges are the only ones on the market that adjust and hold to this tolerance. Competing cartridges adjust to 10 microns and usually cost more!
Rigibore®’s UFP micro-adjustable cartridges are available for finishing on dedicated diameters. Ideal for high productivity situations where high tolerances on size are required, they now feature finer graduations and individual component interchangeability:
- Minimum Bore: 28mm
- Adjustment on diameter: 5microns /.0002”
- Relative accuracy > 95% over adjustment range
- Adjustment range: 0.6mm/.012” on diameter
- Left-hand cartridges available in 06 and 11 styles, some cartridges designed/available for back boring
